The animation was designed to show how the System-in-Package type of module with two ICs can be realized with IMB technology. The texts were chosen to strengthen the message and to further clarify the benefits of new type of packaging technology.
The animation showed the possibilities of IMB technology in designing the System-in-Package type of module. The module with ICs and passive components was shown with three different packaging scenarios, which would have been cumbersome without animation.
This animation was designed to show the advantages of passive component embedding in PCB mother board. The example was chosen to be a mobile phone mother board, which is obviously under a strong miniaturization pressure. By designing the imaginary PCB board and elucidation utilizing animation was the most efficient, clarifying and cost-effective solution to show the technology benefits to customers.
